Terms and Conditions

 

The following terms and conditions will be incorporated into every sale and or delivery of goods by All Make Clutch and Brake Supplies A.B.N 97 057 003 988 {called the seller}.

A. The buyer hereby acknowledges that the goods supplied by the seller will remain the property of the seller until the buyer has paid all sums owing under this or any other contract. In the event of the buyer defaulting in any of the terms of this agreement including payment of any monies due, then the seller will have the right { with out giving notice } to retake possession of the goods supplied.

B. Prices quoted by All Make Clutch and Brake Supplies or published price lists are subject to change without notice, and are not binding to the seller. The pricing of goods will be exclusive of delivery/freight charges and will be payable by the buyer. All Make Clutch and Brake Supplies reserves the right to increase prices, to take into account any increase of cost to the seller.

C. The buyer may return goods for credit for a period of thirty days after purchase only when the goods have not been used and received by the seller in their original condition.

D. All new parts supplied come with full manufactures warranty. Warranty claims will not be issued until the goods have been tested and deemed faulty by the seller. No clutch warranty applies to new clutches unless the flywheel has been machined.

E. Insurance is not included in the freight charge. Insurance if required is the responsibility of the buyer and must be arranged prior to despatch of the goods. Customers wishing to nominate a different freight company other than the one used by the seller must be arranged prior to despatch of the goods by the buyer.

F. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase for non credit customers. For credit account customers payment must be made in full within 30 days of the statement. The seller reserves the right to withhold delivery of further goods until outstanding amounts are paid.
